AGB Art
§1 General scope of application:
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between:

and the customer.
The contract language is German.
§2 Conclusion of contract:
(1) Information on goods and prices is non-binding.
(2) In the event of a purchase enquiry for the artwork, an offer will be made in writing. After a written order confirmation of the offer from the customer, an order is placed as a binding contract.
(3) The offer and the order / invoice will be sent in electronic form by e-mail.
(4) Dispatch of the object of purchase is not included.
(5) Subsidiary agreements, amendments and additions to the contract shall be made in writing.
§3 Exhibition / Gallery:
(1) In the case of painting exhibitions, a written agreement is made between the exhibitor and Painting by Chrissy Abria.
(2) The contractual partner is liable for theft and damage, as well as damage caused by natural hazards such as fire or water damage.
(3) Sales negotiations are conducted exclusively through the exhibition / gallery.
§4 Terms of payment:
(1) The contractual partner is not authorised to make price changes to the art object.
(2) The purchase prices are stated in euros. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
(3) The customer receives an invoice for the invoice amount.
(4) The buyer can only demand the handover of the object of purchase against full payment of the purchase price.
(5) If no payment is received within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, in default or despite a written reminder within a statutory period, the artist's interest in the service shall no longer exist and the artist shall make use of her statutory right of cancellation (³ 323 para. 2 no. 2 BGB).
(6) By written agreement, the object of purchase can be reserved for a specific period by means of an advance payment.
§5 Retention of title:
Painting by Chrissy Abria retains ownership of the artwork until full payment has been received.
§6 Guarantee:
(1) The customer is obliged to check the work of art for quality deviations immediately upon receipt and to report any complaints in writing within 14 working days, otherwise the assertion of warranty claims is excluded.
(2) In the event of a complaint, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. Defects caused by transport, improper handling, modification of the delivered item or natural wear and tear are excluded. The customer bears the full burden of proof for all claims.
(3) Customary or minor, technically unavoidable deviations in quality, colour, size, print or design may not be objected to.
§7 References:
The customer agrees to be named as a reference on my website and in other forms and ways. Unless otherwise agreed, I am also authorised to publicly reproduce or refer to the event or parts thereof for demonstration purposes after its completion.
§8 Confidentiality:
Customer data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. These are for internal use only.
AGB Face painting for children
§1 General scope of application:

§2 Conclusion of contract:
(1) Prices are not binding.
(2) An offer will be made in writing for a children's make-up enquiry. After a written order confirmation of the offer from the customer, an order is placed as a binding contract.
(3) The offer and the order / invoice will be sent in electronic form by e-mail.
(4) Subsidiary agreements, amendments and additions to the contract shall be made in writing.
§3 Obligation of the customer to co-operate:
(1) The client is obliged to inform visitors to the event that face painting by Painting by Chrissy Abria is an entertainment programme for children.
(2) The duty of supervision, both the care or supervision of the children is subject to the parents / guardians and bear full liability in this regard.
(3) Parents/guardians are solely responsible if the children leave the activity area or the event site, or cause damage or accidents on the activity site.
(4) Children under the age of 3 are not made up.
(5) High-quality make-up products from Fusion Body Art, Global and Diamond FX are used. They do not contain perfume, parabens or lanolin to minimise the risk of allergic reactions. The colours are vegan and are not tested on animals. Further product information can be found on the manufacturer's website.
(6) Furthermore, the brushes, sponges and the water container are cleaned and disinfected before each use.
(7) The client shall provide an area or room for the event.
(8) The client shall provide access authorisation and a parking permit.
§4 Terms of payment:
(1) The contractual partner is not authorised to make price changes.

(4) Once payment has been received, the booking is bindingly reserved.
§5 Cancellation / withdrawal by the client:
(1) Must be made in writing.
(2) In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from a binding contract by the client, cancellation fees will be charged due to the rejection of other orders.
(3) If the child make-up artist cancels due to an accident or illness, the client will be informed immediately. With the agreement of the contractual partner, an alternative date or a replacement (if possible) will be arranged immediately. In the event of total cancellation, the total costs will be refunded.
§6 Weather:
(1) At outdoor events, the safety of visitors in bad weather is my top priority.
§7 Photos / Publication:
(1) I am available for photo and video recordings during the event.
(2) Recordings of audio and video media during the event are only permitted with my express consent.
(3) I will be provided with a specimen copy of each report published about the event.
§8 References:
The customer agrees to be named as a reference on my website and in other forms and ways. Unless otherwise agreed, I am also authorised to publicly reproduce or refer to the event or parts thereof for demonstration purposes after its completion.
§9 Confidentiality:
